1. About Greece With Ease
Greece With Ease operates this website and provides the enquiry and coordination services described on it. Contact us at info@greecewithease.com, on +92 336 7400124 or +1 712 730 7170.
These terms apply to use of the website and initial enquiries. A paid service requires a separate written agreement. Reading this website or submitting the free form does not sign you up to a paid service.
2. What our service covers
We receive enquiries from adults exploring work opportunities in Greece, review basic work-background information and explain possible next steps. Where separately agreed, services may include documentation coordination and communication relating to employer requirements. The exact work we undertake must be stated in your written agreement.
We are an independent private service. We are not a Greek government department, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not issue work permits, visas or residence permits, and we do not control official appointments, decisions or processing times. Website information is general information and does not replace individual advice from a suitably qualified professional.
3. Initial enquiries are free
The website form is an expression of interest, not a job application accepted by an employer or a government application. It does not create an entitlement to a vacancy, sponsorship or approval. No payment or document upload is required to submit it.
You must be 18 or older to use the enquiry service. Provide accurate contact information and describe your experience honestly. Do not send another person’s details without their authority, falsified documents or material that is unlawful or harmful. We may decline or stop handling an enquiry that is abusive, misleading, outside our service scope or inconsistent with applicable requirements.
4. Opportunities, eligibility and official decisions
Sector descriptions and photographs illustrate types of work and destinations. They are not a list of confirmed vacancies and do not identify a particular employer or offer. A role can be considered only when genuine employer demand, the applicant’s qualifications and the relevant legal requirements align.
Where applicable, the Greek employer initiates the employment-approval process. The competent authorities decide employment approval, visas and residence matters. A positive profile review, signed service agreement or payment is not a guarantee of employment, admission to Greece, a work permit or a visa. Employer availability, legal requirements and processing times may change.
For official background, consult the Greek Ministry of Labour’s information on work for third-country nationals.
5. Written agreements and payments
There is no online checkout on this website. Before any paid service begins, you should receive a written agreement identifying the contracting legal entity, its address and contact details, the services, total price and currency, applicable taxes, payment method, payment milestones and cancellation and refund terms. Read it and ask questions before signing or paying.
The website illustrates a proposed two-stage service payment arrangement: an initial 50% after eligibility review and acceptance of a written agreement, and the remaining 50% at the completion milestone defined in that agreement. This illustration is not a price quotation, a claim that a fee is legally chargeable in every case, or a statement that any particular percentage is automatically refundable.
Government charges, translations, insurance, travel, medical checks and other third-party costs may be separate. Any charges relevant to your case, who receives them and whether they can be recovered must be explained before you agree to incur them. Fees may be requested only where permitted by the applicable recruitment, employment and consumer laws.
6. Cancellation and refund requests
You can withdraw an initial enquiry or ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time by contacting us. No website enquiry fee is charged.
For a separately agreed paid service, the written agreement must explain when you can cancel, how to request a refund, which amounts are refundable, any lawful deductions for completed work or third-party charges, required evidence and the applicable refund timetable. We do not publish a blanket “50% refundable” promise because the amount and triggers must be specified for the agreed service.
An authority’s refusal or a change in employer availability does not, by itself, determine a refund: the agreement and mandatory law govern the outcome. A written agreement cannot remove cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law makes non-excludable. Do not pay until you have received the relevant terms in writing.
7. Your documents and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of information and documents you provide, checking the requirements for your circumstances, meeting official deadlines and following instructions issued by competent authorities. Provide documents only through a channel agreed for that purpose. Do not make irreversible travel arrangements based only on an enquiry or an estimated timeline.
We will not assist with false statements, altered documents, unlawful payments or attempts to bypass official procedures. No employee or representative is authorised to promise a government decision or claim that we can influence the outcome.
8. Website availability, content and external links
We take reasonable care with website information but may correct errors, update content or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or security. General information may not reflect a recent change or an individual case; verify official requirements before taking action.
External links are provided for convenience or reference. The linked provider controls its own website or communications service. Linking to an official source does not imply endorsement of Greece With Ease. Website branding and content may not be copied or used to impersonate our service; this does not restrict uses permitted by law.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
We are responsible for performing any service we agree to provide with the care required by applicable law. We cannot make decisions reserved to employers or public authorities. Any limitations relating to a paid service must be explained in its written agreement and remain subject to mandatory law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not override your statutory rights.
10. Questions, complaints and disputes
Email info@greecewithease.com with the subject “Complaint” and a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and any reference number. Do not include unnecessary identity documents. We will review the issue, ask for any information needed and explain our response.
The governing law and dispute forum for a separately agreed paid service must be identified in the written agreement. Any such terms remain subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you, including any right to use a competent regulator, consumer body or court. You are not required to give up those rights to contact us.
11. Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiry information is handled. We may update these website terms when the site or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to an existing paid-service agreement require the process set out in that agreement and do not automatically take effect merely because this page changes.
